Badrinath, nestled in Uttarakhand's Garhwal Himalayas at 3,100m, is a premier Hindu pilgrimage site and part of the Char Dham Yatra. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the temple opens from May to October, attracting thousands for spiritual rejuvenation and to wash away sins. Situated along the Alaknanda River between the Nar and Narayana ranges, it offers breathtaking views and sacred sites like Tapt Kund (hot springs).
Gangotri, located in Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi district at 10,300ft, is a sacred Char Dham pilgrimage site where the holy River Ganga descends. Centered around the 18th-century temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga, the town offers profound spiritual sanctity and panoramic Himalayan views.
Itinerary
- Pick up from Delhi Airport by 3 pm and proceed to Haridwar (230 km /6 hrs approx..) .
- On arrival , check into hotel.
- Overnight stay Haridwar.
- Drive to Uttarkashi.( 5 hrs Approx...).
- Check in to your hotel at Uttarakasi.
- Visit Vishwanath Temple in the evening. This is the temple of Lord Vishwanath and has a huge iron trident built into it. In addition to serving as a pilgrimage route, the Barkot to Uttarkashi route offers the chance to fully appreciate Uttarakhand’s breathtaking scenery.
- Overnight stay Uttarakasi.
- We proceed to Gangotri (3048 m) where we will enjoy the deep-rooted beautiful village of Harsil, the Bhagirathi River and the most spectacular views of the Himalayas.
- Maneri Dam: Maneri Dam stands as a testament to human ingenuity in harnessing the immense power of nature for the benefit of society. Located on the Bhagirathi River, this engineering marvel not only serves as a vital water reservoir but also contributes significantly to the generation of clean energy.
- Gangnani Hot spring: Gangnani is renowned for its natural hot springs. Situated on the route to the sacred shrine of Gangotri.
- After Gangotri darshan, return to Uttarkashi.
- Morning departs to Joshimath (around 11 hrs journey).
- Visit Joshimath, established by Adi Sankaracharya in 8th century.
- Check into hotel & relax.
- Overnight stay Joshimath.
- Morning check out & departs to Badarinath (2-3 hrs drive).
- On arrival check into hotel .
- Badarinath Darshan, Thaptha Kund bath, Pithru Tharpanam.
- Afternoon Mana Village – The last village of India-Tibet border (Saraswathi River origin, Bhima Bridge, Vyasa Guha, Ganesh Guha)…
- Evening darshan at Sri Badarinath.
- Overnight stay Badarinath.
- Morning after early breakfast, proceed to mana Village (by vehicle).
- From there , Trek to Vasudhara Falls (2 to 2.5 hrs trek time) -Approx 12,000 ft.
- Vasudhara Waterfalls is associated with the Pandavas -It’s believed that they pass through this area on their way to heaven. The water is said to fall away from the impure – symbolizing that the waterfall doesn’t bless those who are selfish or impure at heart.
- Later back to Badarinath & Overnight stay Badarinath.
- Morning proceed to Haridwar (10-11 hrs).
- En route you can visit Karna Prayag (River Alakanada & River Pinder meets).
- Rudraprayag (River Alakananda & River Mandakini meets).
- Deva Prayag (River Alakananda & River Bhageerathi meets).
- Overnight stay Haridwar.
- Morning Visit Rishikesh- Lakshman Jhoola, Sivananda Ashram, Paramarth Niketan.
- Visit Man Kamna Temple at Haridwar.
- Ganga Arati darshan in Haridwar.
- Later, proceed to Delhi.
- Overnight stay Delhi.
- After breakfast check out from hotel.
- Later Drop at Airport.
Inclusion
- Transportation- 27 seater AC Pushback vehicle . Ac will not run on hilly areas.
- Accommodation- 08 Nights stay in Non Ac Deluxe category hotels on double sharing. Haridwar , there will be Ac rooms.
- Food- Food as per meal plan mentioned in day-wise. Our Kerala Kitchen Unit will accompanying the group.
- Permits- Do Dham Yathra Permits.

Exclusion
- Flight/ Rail charge.
- Pick up & drop charges from Airport or Railway station other than group flight timings mentioned in itinerary. We shall arrange the vehicle with charges.
- Auto/ Jeep charges wherever applicable. At some places, our vehicle cannot be used & the local vehicles are arranged on payment sharing basis.
- Tips & Portages. (Please note that in Himalayan regions, hotels will not have lift facility and there will be maximum 2 floors. Hotel people will help to transfer the luggages, and those who are using that service need to pay tips to respective hotel staffs directly).
