1) International Trip
- If Airline, Visa Fees and other payments are not made from our side, the advance payment will be preserved for future packages.
- Airfare is Non-Refundable as per low cost carrier policy.
- Visa fee is non refundable, once applied.
- Land Package - 50% as cancellation charge if cancelled 15 days prior to departure. 100% as cancellation charge, if cancelled within 15 days prior to departure.

2) Domestic Trip
- 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
- 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
- 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
3) Road Trip
- A cancellation charge of INR 1000 will be applicable for the passengers cancelling before 30 days of departure.
- A cancellation charge of 50% of the tour cost will be applicable for the passengers cancelling before 10 days of departure.
- 100% of the tour cost will be levied as the cancellation charge for the cancellations between 10 to 1 days prior to the departure.
Refund Policy
After cancelation, Refund will be provided within 20 days of cancelation.
