About this tour
The Manimahesh Yatra is a sacred annual pilgrimage in Himachal Pradesh's Chamba district, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Held between Janmashtami and Radha Ashtami (August/September), thousands of devotees trek to the holy Manimahesh Lake, situated at 13,000 ft at the base of the majestic Manimahesh Kailash Peak. The 14 km trek, usually starting from Hadsar, is challenging yet spiritually transformative, offering views of the untouched Himalayas. Pilgrims take a holy dip in the lake to cleanse their souls and seek blessings from Lord Shiva, believed to reside on the peak, creating an unforgettable experience of faith and nature.

Itinerary
- Pick up from Amritsar Airport & transfer to hotel.
- Overnight stay Amritsar.
- Morning departs from Amritsar to Bharmour – (300 kms – 08 to 09 hrs approx.)– Visit Bharmani Mata Temple.
- Overnight stay Bharmour.
- Morning proceed Bharmour–Hadsor (13 kms by vehicle).
- From Hadsor – Dhanchoo (6 kms Trek).
- Overnight in Tents at Dhanchoo.
- Early morning Trek to Gaurikund and then to Manimahesh (7 km Trek).
- Overnight in Tents at Manimahesh.
- After spending some time at Manimahesh, journey back to mBharmour(Manimahesh – Dhancho – Hadsar (Trekking route) & by 13 kms Road journey to Bharmour.
- Overnight stay at Bharmour.
- Day for visit - Chaurasi Temple – Afternoon to Amritsar.
- Overnight stay at Amritsar.
Day of Departure. Drop at Amritsar Airport /Railway station in time.
