  • Fly from Kochi – Udaipur. Transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight stay Udaipur Udaipur, On the banks of the shimmering lake Pichola, is one of the most romantic cities of Rajasthan. Nestled among the lush hills of the Aravali, it has inevitably been dubbed the 'Venice of the East'. It is a kaleidoscope of fairy-tale palaces, lakes, temples, gardens and narrow lanes strewn with stalls, carries the
    flavor of the heroic past, epitomizing valor and chivalry. Founded in 1568 A.D by
    Maharana Udai Singh, the city is a harmonious Indian blend of whitewashed
    buildings, marble palaces, lakeside gardens, temples and Havelis. According to
    the legend, Maharana Udai Singh, the founder was hunting one day, when he
    met a holy man meditating on a hill overlooking the Lake Pichola. Maharana
    followed the advice of the hermit and founded the city. The marvelous architecture of the palaces is spelled bounding.

Later visit Saheli Ki Bari that is a small ornamental garden built in the honour of Royal Ladies for recreational purpose). Mount Abu is home to 33 crore Gods and Goddess. According to the legend the name Abu means
    son of Himalayas (or Ar-Booda, "the hill of wisdom"), deriving its name from Arbuada - the powerful serpent, which rescued Nandi the sacred bull of Lord Shiva. Mount Abu has been home, to many rishis and munis (sages and saints), including the famous Rishi Vashishtha, who is believed to have created four Agnikul Rajput clans, from a fire- pit, by performing a yagna or fire sacrifice, to
    protect the earth from the demons.

    Jaisalmer – Tents Jaisalmer, the city of the golden fort is a fantasy in yellow sandstone in the heart of the Thar Desert. Rawla Jaisal, a Bhatti Rajput King, founded the city in the year 1156 A.D. Perched atop the Trikuta Hill; it stands tall against miles of gleaming
    sand. The sunset has a peculiar glow here. As the night descends, the sky goes up in flames, which fade leaving a few embers, till it becomes black. A breathtaking sight indeed! Every house, here, is exquisitely carved, having filigreed work all over. These houses date back to 12th – 15th century. And hence
    Jaisalmer is called ’the Museum city’.

    Bikaner: This is 500-year-old town standing still in time. The rulers here built beautiful forts that echo of opulence and images of monsoon clouds in this dry land. The wealth of its architectural heritage lies in its forts, palaces and temples– magnificent creations in red and yellow sandstone, are living. Here is a
    temple where rats are held sacred. Today the city is known for flourishing industries of food, wool and camel breeding .The genesis of Bikaner dates back to 1488A.D, when a Rathors prince, Rao Bikaji, son of Rao Jodhaji of Jodhpur, chose a barren wilderness called ’Jangladesh’ and transformed it to a charming
    city called ’Bikaner’, after the founder’s name. Not only do the traditions come alive here in colourful bazaars and Havelis, Bikaner is also famous for the best riding camels in the world.

A cancellation charge of INR 3000 will be applicable for the passengers cancelling before 30 days of departure. A cancellation charge of 30% of the tour cost will be applicable for the passengers cancelling before 15 days of departure and 100% of the tour cost will be levied as the cancellation charge for the cancellations within 15 days prior to thedeparture. * Flight & Train cancellation charges will be actual as per the policy

  • A Passenger below 12 years is considered as child and above 12 years as an adult.

  • Check in time in hotel is 1400 hours and check out is 1200 hours.

  • Once an airline ticket is issued, penalty charges will be applicable for date change.

  • There are coach restrictions in some cities, in such situation the tour manager and the drive will do their best to drop you as near to the monuments as possible.

  • The registration amount paid at the time of booking, is not refundable and interest free.

  • No refund can be entertained for any expenses incurred for the passengers due to circumstances beyond our control such as
    flight cancellation, airport closure, delays, accident of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, visa rejection and visa delay etc.

  • The company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised, without assigning any reason. In this case, amount paid by the passengers will be refunded in full and no compensation claim will be entertained.

  • Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to change / modify / vary and alter the tour itinerary.In such changes, compensations or claim for refund by the passengers will not be entertained by the company for limitation and also for the non- availability of certain services with entry
    tickets, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping etc. even though included in tour itinerary.

  • For Single Passenger travelling, have to share a room either on twin or triple sharing basis depending on the availability. If we do
    not have another single passenger to share the room, Single Supplement with additional cost is applicable.

  • The tariff of the tour quotation is calculated based on the rates prevailing at the time of quoting it. Team Yathri Holidays reserves the right to modify the tariff in the event of any change in the said rates before the date of departure.

  • Tour tariff is based on departure from Cochin, unless specifically mentioned. Tourists boarding flights at places other than Cochin
    have to pay the entire airfare difference and bear and pay any other additional expenses including airport transfers, hotel stay etc. on that account.

  • Tour cost is based on minimum 30 passengers (Adults) travelling together in the group. If there is a drastic fall in the number, then
    the offered tour cost, meal plan, vehicle and other services may change accordingly and the difference amount has to be borne by the passenger. Company takes care to select hotels and book the same on behalf of tourists at convenient locations subject to availability. In case of non-availability of rooms in same hotel, company has the right to split the accommodation in different hotels.

  • Hotel accommodation is generally provided on Twin sharing basis in standard rooms and the third bed is often a roll-away mattress put in a twin-bedded room. Air-conditioning, central
    heating and other facilities are provided by the hotels depending upon various factor including weather / climatic conditions, local
    laws etc.

  • As a Travel House / Tour Operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Coach Companies, Shipping
    Companies, Hotels, Local Transport or any other facilities provided by the third parties. The company is not responsible for
    the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any
    control on schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions.

  • In computerized reservation system of Airlines seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants will have to travel by the same seat provided by Airline.
