Itinerary

Assemble at Trivandrum International airport at 08:30 pm. After Immigration and customs formalities, depart by Malaysian Airlines to Bali. Flight Departs from Trivandrum at 00:00 midnight.

  • Meals: B-L-D
  • Breakfast using in-Flight services

  • Arrive Kualalumpur International Airport at 06:45 am and connection  flight  from Kualalumpur at 09:00 am – Arrival Denpasar Airport at 12:05 pm. 

  • Upon arrival at Denpasar Airport. After completion of visa on arrival formalities and immigration, collect baggage and meet our local guide. – Check into hotel.

  • Later Visit Garuda Visnu Kencana located at Ungasan, Badung on the island of Bali, Indonesia, It is devoted to the Hindu god Vishnu, and his mount, Garuda, the mythical bird who became his companion Post dinner check in at the hotel.

  • Meals: B-L-D

  • Breakfast from the hotel and we proceed the beautiful island of Nusa Penida by a speed boat ride. Upon arrival, we see unique limestone formations at Angel’s Billabong offers a majestic view as one of Nusa Penida’s mystery getaway.
  • Procced to Broken Beach, you will find the remains of what once a massive cave, a spectacular place which is definitely one of the best places to see in Nusa Penida.

  • Enjoy stunning views of sea cliffs and amazing landforms at the Tyrannosaurus Rex– shaped Kelingking beach, point and swim with the tropical fish at Crystal Bay Beach. Later we return back to hotel.

    Post dinner check in at the hotel.

  • Meals: B-L-D

  • Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to visit Wanagiri Hidden Hill. Wanagiri Hidden Hill is the most popular selfie spot with amazing viewpoint in the northern part of Bali . 

    Then continue to stop at Handara Gate for taking picture of the most iconic gate Handara Golf Course gate.

  • Later proceed to visit the famous Ulun Danu Beratan Temple at bedugul area. Pura Ulun Danu Beratan, or Pura Bratan, is a major Hindu Shaivite temple in Bali, Indonesia. The temple complex is on the shores of Lake Bratan in the mountains near Bedugul. Transfer for local lunch. 

  • After lunch proceed to Tanah Lot Temple. Tanah Lot temple is one of Indonesia’s most popular religious attractions. Commonly referred to as the “temple of the rock,” this temple off the coast of Bali is set upon a black-stone peninsula that juts into rippling waters.

  • Meals: B-L-D
  • Breakfast at the hotel. Later proceed to TANJUNG BENOA BEACH for water sports activities. Bali Water Sports are attractive marine activities with great challenges, exciting and designed full of fun in Tanjung Benoa Nusa Dua.

  • Bali Water Sports giving the fantastic experience marine adventures for everyone who desires to enjoy the exciting water recreations such as (At Your Own Expense): Banana Boat Ride Snorkelling, Parasailing, Jet Ski, Water Ski, Fly Fish etc.

  • Proceed to Uluwatu Temple. Situated just outside Kuta on Bali’s southwestern tip sits an ancient temple perched atop towering seaside cliffs. At Uluwatu Temple, one of Bali’s most important directional temples, Ganesha statues welcome visitors who’ve come to enjoy spectacular views, observe wild monkeys, or watch sunset.

  • Enjoy the Kecak Dance – A Balinese Dance and Music Drama which is known for its rhythmic chanting, vibrant costumes, and dramatic portrayal of the Ramayana epic, often featuring a fire dance Post dinner check in at the hotel.

  • Meals: B-L-X

  • Breakfast at hotel. Check out & proceed for shopping .

    Later to Denpasar Airport to board your return flight to India Via Kualalumpur with pleasant memories of your Bali tour.

    Flight departs from Denpasar Airport at 02:00 pm – Via Kualalumpur – Arrival Trivandrum at 11:30 pm.

A non-refundable registration deposit of INR 25,000 is mandatory upon booking and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. This deposit secures your reservation for the group tour organized by Team Yathri Holidays, which necessitates advance booking of essential services such as hotels, air travel, transportation, and more. 45 - 31 days before departure :  25% of the Tour Cost or Registration amount whichever is Higher 30 – 21 days before departure :  50 % of the Tour Cost 20 – 15 days before departure : 75% of the Tour Cost 15 days before departure : 100% Tour Cost

  • A Passenger below 12 years is considered as child and above 12 years as an adult.
  • Check in time in hotel is 1400 hours and check out is 1200 hours.
  • Visa fee and flight ticket (onward & return) will be non –refundable at any circumstances.
  • Once an airline ticket is issued, penalty charges will be applicable for date change.
  • There are coach restrictions in some cities, in such situation the tour manager and the drive will do their best to drop you as near to the monuments as possible.
  • The registration amount paid at the time of booking, is not refundable and interest free.
  • No refund can be entertained for any expenses incurred for the passengers due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight cancellation, airport closure, delays, accident of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, visa rejection and visa delay etc.
  • The Cancellation Charge is applicable in case of any passenger with granted visa, denying to travel or cancel his/her own tour on account of visa rejection caused to their co-passenger or travel companion, since the granting of visa is the sole discretion of the concerned Consulate.
  • The company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised, without assigning any reason. In this case, amount paid by the passengers will be refunded in full and no compensation claim will be entertained.
  • Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to change / modify / vary and alter the tour itinerary.
  • In such changes, compensations or claim for refund by the passengers will not be entertained by the company for limitation and also for the non- availability of certain services with entry tickets, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping etc. even though included in tour itinerary.
  • For Single Passenger travelling, have to share a room either on twin or triple sharing basis depending on the availability. If we do not have another single passenger to share the room, Single Supplement with additional cost is applicable.
  • The tariff of the tour quotation is calculated based on the rates prevailing at the time of quoting it. Team Yathri Holidays reserves the right to modify the tariff in the event of any change in the said rates before the date of departure.
  • Tour tariff is based on departure from Cochin, unless specifically mentioned. Tourists boarding flights at places other than Cochin have to pay the entire airfare difference and bear and pay any other additional expenses including airport transfers, hotel stay etc. on that account.
  • Tour cost is based on minimum 40 passengers (Adults) travelling together in the group. If there is a drastic fall in the number, then the offered tour cost, meal plan, vehicle and other services may change accordingly and the difference amount has to be borne by the passenger. Company takes care to select hotels and book the same on behalf of tourists at convenient locations subject to availability. In case of non-availability of rooms in same hotel, company has the right to split the accommodation in different hotels.
  • Hotel accommodation is generally provided on Twin sharing basis in standard rooms and the third bed is often a roll-away mattress put in a twin-bedded room. Air-conditioning, central heating and other facilities are provided by the hotels depending upon various factor including weather / climatic conditions, local laws etc.
  • As a Travel House / Tour Operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Coach Companies, Shipping Companies, Hotels, Local Transport or any other facilities provided by the third parties. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any control on schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions.
  • In computerized reservation system of Airlines seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants will have to travel by the same seat provided by Airline.
  • Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers. Team Yathri Holidays will not be held responsibility for the same. There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing’s, flight delay or cancellation of flight etc. not utilized on the tour.
  • The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. (Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers).
  • Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulum Jurisdiction.
  • Visa granting is the sole discretion of the concerned Embassy or Consulate. Visa fees and other expenses like advance for hotel booking, Insurance and ticket charges are not refundable, if the visa got rejected or delayed. In case the candidates are called for Personal interview, the candidates are required to attend the same before the concerned consulate at their own cost.
  • Any tour package cancelled under Force majeure situation ie; tour packages cancelled or unable to operate on account of reasons beyond our control (Eg: Pandemic situation), the amount received from the customers after deducting all expenses which are not recoverable in any manner will be kept in customer credit (Credit Shell) and provide the facility to utilize the same credit note value towards booking of future tour packages.
  • Guest/s traveling abroad shall take care of not losing passport. Loss of passport on tour involves costs and consequences such as filing FIR, visiting Indian Embassy, getting new passport or landing certificate, expenses on the stay, food, transportation etc. all of which have to be borne and paid by the concerned guest/s only. Getting the landing certificate or the new passport is the sole responsibility of guest/s. Tour Leader is not responsible or liable or under obligation, for the loss of passport and consequences thereof.
  • Company generally assists in documentation and submission of application for visa by forwarding them to the respective embassies and consulates on the dates as pre-defined by the concerned authority. The visa fees charged to the guest/s shall be at the rates prevailing as on the date of submission of documents to the Embassy or Consulate.
  • Team Yathri Holidays shall not be responsible for any errors in the date of Visa granted or delay in granting visa. Generally, consulate do not give any reason for not granting visa and / or with refusal stamp on passport. Team Yathri Holidays therefore shall not provide any reason why a person is not granted a visa. Rejection of visa for any reason is sole discretion of concerned embassy / Visa Facilitate Centre over which Team Yathri Holidays has no control & Team Yathri Holidays is not responsible for the same. 
  • Airlines are solely responsible for overbooking of seats, failure to provide meal as required by the guest, quality of meal, loss of baggage, Allotment of seats for group booking etc.
