A valid passport for more than six months before traveling with a passport size color photo (clearly scanned copy) is required. The original passport must be submitted 5 to 7 days before the contact place for visa processing. Payment 100% payment should be made before tour departure. 25% of the entire trip cost is required to be paid for booking confirmation. Cancellation time and refund policy are as follows: All the cancellation and refund charges are based on the total cost of tour packages. 80% refundable if canceled 45 days before the trip. 40% refundable 26 days of departure date weeks before the departure date. 15% of the total cost if you cancel the trip 08-15 days before the departure date. Non-refundable in less than a week.
All travelers should have a valid passport for six months, and visas can be obtained from the Nepalese embassy or consulate in India. However, visas are stamped at the time of arrival at the airport. For yatra, you get a group visa, and we get entry in the group as per size. While submitting a passport for a visa, it's not necessary to send your old passport.
Sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances like bad climate, political unrest, landslides, health illness, natural disasters beyond human control, we will be happy to refer you for any alternative trip to suit you.

When traveling to high altitude parts of the trip above 2500 meters/9200 feet, it is common for travelers to experience some adverse health effects due to the altitude, regardless of age, gender, and fitness level. Take it easy and follow our suggestions to reduce the effects of sickness. Altitude sickness is very common for everyone who arrives at high altitude regions from lower altitude areas, but some are affected more seriously than others. There are ways to prevent or minimize the effects by preparing before you go to highlands. Here are some tips we have gathered from our past experience: Mentally prepare yourself for altitude sickness by staying calm and comfortable. Keep yourself physically ft by exercising regularly. Sleep well and rest well on the day before your arrival at high altitude. Take it easy for the first couple of days when you arrive in high altitude regions. Walk slowly and try to sleep at lower altitudes. Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol.
Only Chinese currency is used in markets, while US dollars and euros can be exchanged for yuan. You can change currency from banks in Tibet to Chinese yuan, which is the currency used in Tibet. You can also exchange INR in your country or find an exchange center in Nepal, but rates fluctuate almost every day, and the buying and selling rates always differ.
We recommend that you insure yourself against sickness, emergency surface or air rescue, accidents, trip cancellation, medical treatment, hospitalization, etc.
You can make calls from almost everywhere in Tibet, which has good networking for mobile phones. During your stay at hotels, you can use Wi-Fi if available, or you can purchase a Chinese SIM card for 200 yuan.
While driving, it will be warm inside the vehicle but windy and cold outside. Mornings and evenings will be generally cold therefore warm clothing will be required. We recommend that you bring the following clothing and accessories with you.
