Report Nedumbassery International Terminal at 11.00 am. Meet your Tour Escort & proceed to check in.
Air Arabia Flight 3L 184 departs from Nedumbassery at 02:00 pm. Arrival Abu Dhabi at 04:50 pm.

After Breakfast, check out from hotel & then We take you on an exciting tour of the emirate capital, Abu Dhabi guided by the Licensed ADTA guide. Abu Dhabi, capital of the Emirates, is known as the Arabian Jewel. On arrival, the first attraction is the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque represents the sentimental and moral values for the people and their leadership. Visit Baps Mandir, afterwards enjoy a magnificent view of the Emirates Palace Hotel

Evening transfer to Dhow Cruise. Experience the genuine Arabian hospitality; try night cruises on board the biggest dhow. Enjoy the soft breeze with Delicious International Buffet Dinner, as we glide gently pass through the illuminated mosques, palaces, Heritage villages that are reminiscent of the days gone by, and buildings that displays today’s modern architecture.

We start the tour with a brief photo stop at the stunning Burj Al Arab. This magnificent all-suite hotel rises spectacularly out of the Azure blue waters of the Arabian Gulf. Standing 321mtrs high, the hotel is designed to resemble a billowing sail. Dubai has undertaken a host of new projects aimed at developing the destination and improving the lifestyle of the city. We drive through the Dubai Creek; stop at magnificent Jumeriah Mosque, which is a fine example of modern Islamic architecture built in 1979. Jumeriah Public Beach, Jumeriah Beach hotel and stop at Burj Al Arab – most luxurious and fourth tallest hotel in the world. Our next visiting point is Palm Island. There we can see the Atlantis hotel and Gold soug, A wax figured museum, observe the rules palace and a heritage village.
Lunch from Indian Restaurant
Afternoon proceed to participate the popular Desert Safari – full of fun, adventure and exciting where you experience the thrill of a roller coaster ride on the sand dunes. We stop at the highest sand dune to view the beautiful sunset. Continue journey to our Bedouin Campsite located in the heart of the desert. Camel rides wait for you. Trial of local smoking called shisha on different flavors. While you relax in the tents a delicious BBQ is being prepared under the starlit sky. An enchanting Belly dancer shows a fascinating dance to rhythm of an Arabic Music, thereafter BBQ buffet Dinner.

Later back to hotel -Overnight stay

After breakfast, proceed to visit Dubai Frame - The Dubai Frame is an observatory, museum, and monument in Zabeel Park, Dubai. It holds the record for the largest frame in the world. The building has a height of 150.24 meters and a width of 95.53 meters.
Later visit Dubai Mall. (The largest Mall in the world by total area). Visit Burj Khalifa – the tallest building in the world. We will go upto 124th Floor. We will get a fantastic view of Dubai, from 650 mtrs of height.

A non-refundable registration deposit of INR 25,000 is mandatory upon booking and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. This deposit secures your reservation for the group tour organized by Team Yathri Holidays, which necessitates advance booking of essential services such as hotels, air travel, transportation, and more.

45 - 31 days before departure : 25% of the Tour Cost or Registration amount whichever is Higher.
30 – 21 days before departure : 50 % of the Tour Cost.
20 – 15 days before departure : 75% of the Tour Cost
15 days before departure : 100% Tour Cost.

A Passenger below 12 years is considered as child and above 12 years as an adult.
Check in time in hotel is 1400 hours and check out is 1200 hours.
Visa fee and flight ticket (onward & return) will be non –refundable at any circumstances.
Once an airline ticket is issued, penalty charges will be applicable for date change.
There are coach restrictions in some cities, in such situation the tour manager and the drive will do their best to drop you as near to the monuments as possible.
The registration amount paid at the time of booking, is not refundable and interest free.
No refund can be entertained for any expenses incurred for the passengers due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight cancellation, airport closure, delays, accident of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, visa rejection and visa delay etc.
The Cancellation Charge is applicable in case of any passenger with granted visa, denying to travel or cancel his/her own tour on account of visa rejection caused to their co-passenger or travel companion, since the granting of visa is the sole discretion of the concerned Consulate.
The company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised, without assigning any reason. In this case, amount paid by the passengers will be refunded in full and no compensation claim will be entertained.
Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to change / modify / vary and alter the tour itinerary.
In such changes, compensations or claim for refund by the passengers will not be entertained by the company for limitation and also for the non- availability of certain services with entry tickets, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping etc. even though included in tour itinerary.
For Single Passenger travelling, have to share a room either on twin or triple sharing basis depending on the availability. If we do not have another single passenger to share the room, Single Supplement with additional cost is applicable.
The tariff of the tour quotation is calculated based on the rates prevailing at the time of quoting it. Team Yathri Holidays reserves the right to modify the tariff in the event of any change in the said rates before the date of departure.
Tour tariff is based on departure from Cochin, unless specifically mentioned. Tourists boarding flights at places other than Cochin have to pay the entire airfare difference and bear and pay any other additional expenses including airport transfers, hotel stay etc. on that account.
Tour cost is based on minimum 40 passengers (Adults) travelling together in the group. If there is a drastic fall in the number, then the offered tour cost, meal plan, vehicle and other services may change accordingly and the difference amount has to be borne by the passenger. Company takes care to select hotels and book the same on behalf of tourists at convenient locations subject to availability. In case of non-availability of rooms in same hotel, company has the right to split the accommodation in different hotels.
Hotel accommodation is generally provided on Twin sharing basis in standard rooms and the third bed is often a roll-away mattress put in a twin-bedded room. Air-conditioning, central heating and other facilities are provided by the hotels depending upon various factor including weather / climatic conditions, local laws etc.
As a Travel House / Tour Operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Coach Companies, Shipping Companies, Hotels, Local Transport or any other facilities provided by the third parties. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any control on schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions.
In computerized reservation system of Airlines seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants will have to travel by the same seat provided by Airline.
Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers. Team Yathri Holidays will not be held responsibility for the same. There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing’s, flight delay or cancellation of flight etc. not utilized on the tour.
The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. (Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers).
Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulum Jurisdiction.
Visa granting is the sole discretion of the concerned Embassy or Consulate. Visa fees and other expenses like advance for hotel booking, Insurance and ticket charges are not refundable, if the visa got rejected or delayed. In case the candidates are called for Personal interview, the candidates are required to attend the same before the concerned consulate at their own cost.
Any tour package cancelled under Force majeure situation ie; tour packages cancelled or unable to operate on account of reasons beyond our control (Eg: Pandemic situation), the amount received from the customers after deducting all expenses which are not recoverable in any manner will be kept in customer credit (Credit Shell) and provide the facility to utilize the same credit note value towards booking of future tour packages.
Guest/s traveling abroad shall take care of not losing passport. Loss of passport on tour involves costs and consequences such as filing FIR, visiting Indian Embassy, getting new passport or landing certificate, expenses on the stay, food, transportation etc. all of which have to be borne and paid by the concerned guest/s only. Getting the landing certificate or the new passport is the sole responsibility of guest/s. Tour Leader is not responsible or liable or under obligation, for the loss of passport and consequences thereof.
Company generally assists in documentation and submission of application for visa by forwarding them to the respective embassies and consulates on the dates as pre-defined by the concerned authority. The visa fees charged to the guest/s shall be at the rates prevailing as on the date of submission of documents to the Embassy or Consulate.
Team Yathri Holidays shall not be responsible for any errors in the date of Visa granted or delay in granting visa. Generally, consulate do not give any reason for not granting visa and / or with refusal stamp on passport. Team Yathri Holidays therefore shall not provide any reason why a person is not granted a visa. Rejection of visa for any reason is sole discretion of concerned embassy / Visa Facilitate Centre over which Team Yathri Holidays has no control & Team Yathri Holidays is not responsible for the same.
Airlines are solely responsible for overbooking of seats, failure to provide meal as required by the guest, quality of meal, loss of baggage, Allotment of seats for group booking etc.
