CANCELLATION POLICY
- Service Charges, Levies & fuel charges will be refunded.
- Partial individual cancellation is not allowed, cancellation will be for entire stateroom.
- Cancellation should be informed before departure via Call to Customer care.
- Refund will be processed within 31 working days from the cancellation date.
- Guests wishing to use USD dollars on-board must carry a passport & PAN card copy.
- In case of any purchase made for which the payment made in cash against a bill or bills at any one time exceeds Rs.50,000/-, it is mandatory for the guest to provide a valid copy of the PAN card as issued by Govt. of India.
- For immigration purposes, all foreign passports need to be handed over to the ship. The guest will get it back on their disembarkation day before coming out from the ship at reception.
- Alcohol bottles are not allowed to be carried on-board.
- Electrical appliances are not allowed to be carried due to security and safety purposes.
- Cooked food and fresh fruits are not allowed to be carried on-board.
- Pre-booked Shorex guests must visit the Shorex counter on-board to collect their sightseeing tickets.
- Venue access is subject to any private venue bookings by groups/corporate/weddings.
- Bookings made for any paid services on-board/ shoreside is non-refundable
