Itinerary
- Land transportation:- MUVs like Innova/Xylo are used.
- Accommodation:- Deluxe Double rooms on family basis at standard category hotels, as per itinerary
- Food:- Food expenses as per the Meal plan mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entry: Monument Entry charges.
- Services of Tour Escort from ‘Yathri’
- Airfares:- Airfares are not included. From Airports like Kochi, Trivandrum, Kannur, and Calicut we can issue the tickets as per available fares.
- Expenses of additional/optional tours, Mountain Rail charges at Darjeeling, etc.
- Any expenses of a personal nature such as Porterage, Tea/Snacks, food & drinks that are not the part of regular menu, telephone calls, room service, Room Heater charges, etc.
- Any increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by respective governments & any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blocks, etc.
A cancellation charge of INR 3000 will be applicable for passengers canceling before 30 days of departure. A cancellation charge of 30% of the tour cost will be applicable for the passengers canceling before 15 days of departure and 100 % of the tour cost will be levied as the cancellation charge for the cancellations within 15 days before the departure.
Flight and train cancellation charges will be actual as per the policy
- Booking: For confirming the seats, Rs.7,000/- per person has to be remitted while booking & the balance amount has to be settled 5 days before the tour departure.
- All the passengers are requested to hand in a government-approved photo identity while confirming the package.
- Tour Timings/Itinerary/Tour-Fare are subject to change. Yathri Tours & Travels reserves the right to alter, amend, or even cancel any tour depending on the exigencies of the occasion.
- Jurisdiction: The place of Arbitration/Jurisdiction will be Ernakulam.
